What expenses are covered

G&W Equipment will reimburse you for education expenses; including college tuition, fees and books. Other special courses, correspondence courses etc. might also be included.

How I will be reimbursed

In order for you to receive reimbursement, you must first get approval for each class you plan to register for. Your supervisor and an officer of the Company must approve this. Eligible courses will generally include those subjects directly or indirectly related to your present employment with the company.

After you have completed the course and received your grade, please submit a copy of that, along with copies of the invoices. The Company will pay 100% of eligible costs for grades “A”, “B”, or pass, for pass or fail courses. The company will pay 60% for “C” grades. No reimbursement will be made for “D” or Fail grades.
