SHORT TERM DISABILITY
Eligibility
You will be eligible for the Wage Continuation Plan following six months of full time employment.
Elimination period
There is a one week waiting period before benefits begin. Each disability is treated separately for purposes of the one-week waiting
Weekly Benefit Amount
This plan pays $500 per week for continuous disabilities. Disabilities covered under the company’s Worker’s Compensation insurance are not eligible for this additional wage continuation. Benefits are payable for up to 90 days.
Cost of benefit
There is no cost to you at this time. G& W Equipment pays the cost of this coverage.
